Learn to ski or snowboard with Royal Rehab’s Return2Sport and Disabled Winter sport Australia. The Return2Sport Snow Sport Camp runs each Winter at the Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre, 207 Barry Way Jindabyne with skiing at the NSW snowfields.
The four-day snow camp offers a relaxed and friendly environment that commences with a basic outline of events. Events will then be modified to suit the group and the weather conditions. Days will include a morning and afternoon supported snow activity, one on one instruction from trained snow sport instructors and volunteer guides.

Cycling
Whether you would like to ride socially with family and friends, or cycle for sport and competition,this program will assist you in cycling as independently as possible. Our specialist staff will provide equipment prescription, competency assessment and skill development. Once you have been assessed, you can access ongoing riding at the HUB and our range of different adaptive cycles including handcycles and recumbent cycles.


Adaptive Yoga
“If you can breathe, you can do Yoga”
Traditional yoga postures are adapted to meet your needs, to ensure you gain the benefits of the pose, in a safe and supported environment. Depending on your level of ability, adapted yoga poses are undertaken standing or seated. If you would like the ability to move through everyday life with more physical efficiency and the opportunity for social connection with others experiencing similar levels of ability, then adapted yoga is for you.

FREE Introductory adaptive golf clinics run at Long Reef Golf Club in conjunction with Empower Golf Australia. Try golf, the Paragolfer, and other adaptive equipment.
