Our team can provide you with assistance in managing life stages, times of crisis and in co-ordinating complex supports, such as:
- Daily planning
- Decision making
- Budgeting, banking and money handling
- Transition/life planning including mentoring and peer support
- Selecting volunteers to help with activities, such as attending appointments, shopping, bill paying, taking part social activities and maintaining contact with others
- Social Workers and Therapists can assess and support participants as they transition life stages and supports.
